Any warranty coverage on parts or labour will be limited to the written terms provided with the service, if any, and may be subject to exclusions and manufacturer or supplier conditions.

6. Payment

Payment is due when services are completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may withhold release of a vehicle where permitted by law until outstanding charges are paid in full.

7. Vehicle Storage and Pickup

Vehicles should be picked up promptly after notice that service is complete. We may charge reasonable storage fees or take other steps permitted by law for vehicles left unclaimed for an extended period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bannon’s Auto Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability relating to any claim will generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
